Alex is a co-founder of iCentrix and has 30 years experience in the software industry including programming, design, analysis, implementation and management of mission critical systems and projects. His extensive experience includes building scientific applications for R&D use, radio frequency applications for the logistics industry, eCommerce applications for online merchants, content and information management solutions for Fortune 500 companies and database management systems for non-profits.
Most recently he has been specializing in helping Behavioral Health and I/DD services provider’s transition from the use of paper documents to secure electronic medical records (EMR) as well as implementing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting systems using the latest Business Intelligence methods and technologies. Alex's vision is to transform paper based information into actionable electronic data and help information consumers get the most out of their data.
Alex's work includes responsibility for delivery of EMR and KPI solutions throughout the entire client life cycle including product definitions, technical architecture, pre-sales alignment, post-delivery engagements, product growth and client satisfaction. Alex works with senior leadership teams to establish strategic direction and milestones necessary for success.
As the lead EMR architect, he has worked closely with customers and engineering in design and production of iCentrix leading I/DD EMR solutions that have been widely and successfully deployed. His team provides our customers with development, support and satisfaction functions that include help desk and training. His leadership in this role has lead the way for much greater system adoption and acceptance among the user community, mostly comprised of nurses, clinicians and social workers. His team consists of developers, client managers, trainers, QA and industry experts.
